PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We regret that a late arrival may not receive an extension of the schedule service time resulting in a shortened service. However, the client will be responsible for the full service.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS
Our Spa Professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful of their time by honoring your commitment to be here. We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation call. If we do not receive at least a 24-hour notice, a 50% fee will be charged. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% value. If you will be late please call and inform us.
